A recipe for a beer seasoned with honey and spices, dating back 6000 years, was discovered on Sumerian clay tablets.
This organic artisanal ale draws inspiration from that ancient recipe. It is brewed using the top fermentation method, unfiltered and unpasteurized.
The sediment, known as lees, is evidence of bottle fermentation, a mark of quality.
Store upright, away from light, and serve slightly chilled.
